Tagar Olson

Tagar Olson is a Founder of Integrum and member of the Investment Committee.

Tagar leads the Firm’s investing efforts and currently serves on the boards of two Integrum portfolio companies, including MerchantE and USI.

Tagar has over twenty years of investment and acquisition experience, most recently during an 18-year career at KKR, where he was involved in numerous transactions valued at more than $50 billion in the aggregate.

Tagar joined KKR in 2002 and was promoted to lead the Financial Services Team for the Americas Private Equity platform in 2011. At KKR, he participated as a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and Portfolio Management Committee within its Americas Private Equity business. He also served as a member of KKR’s Inclusion & Diversity Committee and its Investments, Markets and Distribution Committee, which was KKR’s most senior governance body.

During his time leading KKR’s Financial Services practice, KKR was one of the most active private equity acquirers of large financial services and business services companies. Tagar was involved in KKR investments, including Alliant Insurance Services, First Data (now Fiserv), Focus Financial, Mr. Cooper, Latitude Financial Services, Nephila, PURE, Resolution, Sedgwick and USI Insurance Services.

Tagar also led KKR’s Hospitality & Leisure sector, where he was involved with KKR’s investments in Apple Leisure Group, KSL Recreation, Hotel del Coronado and La Costa Resort & Spa.

Prior to joining KKR, Tagar was with Evercore Partners, where he was involved in a number of private equity transactions and mergers and acquisitions.

Tagar is co-founder of the DHPS Foundation, a charitable organization dedicated to the research and treatment of rare genetic diseases. He holds a B.S. and B.A.S., summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.

Ursula Burns

Ursula Burns is a Founder of Integrum and member of the Investment Committee.

Ursula most recently served as Chairwoman of VEON Ltd, a global telecommunications company, where she held the roles of Chairwoman from June 2017 and Chairwoman and CEO from December 2018 until June 2020.

She was previously the Chairwoman of the Board of the Xerox Corporation (“Xerox’) from 2010 to 2017, CEO from 2009 to 2016, and President from 2007 to 2009. Ursula Burns was the first African American female CEO of a Fortune 500 Company. Under her leadership, she oversaw approximately 150,000 employees across nearly 150 countries.

Ursula joined Xerox as a mechanical engineering intern in 1980 and during her career, held leadership posts spanning corporate services, manufacturing, and product development.  During her tenure as CEO, Ursula helped transform the company from a global leader in document technology to the world’s most diversified business services company, serving enterprises and governments of all sizes. Shortly after being named CEO, she spearheaded the largest acquisition in Xerox history, the $6.4 billion purchase of Affiliated Computer Services.

Ursula, who regularly appears on Fortune’s and Forbes’ list of the world’s most powerful women, is a Director of Uber, Exxon Mobil, Endeavor Group Holdings, Waystar, IHS Towers and Plum Acquisition I, and MerchantE.  She is also Non-Executive Chairwoman of Teneo Holdings LLC.

Former U.S. President Obama appointed Ursula to help lead the White House national program on Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) from 2009 to 2016 and appointed her as Chair of the President’s Export Council from 2015 to 2016, after her service as Vice Chairwoman from 2010 to 2015. Ursula also served as the Vice Chairwoman of the Business Roundtable and the Chairwoman of the Technology CEO’s Council.

U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson selected Ursula to serve on the Gender Equality Advisory Council of the G7, which will champion the core principles of freedom, opportunity and dignity for women and girls around the world.

In addition, Ursula provides leadership counsel to several other community, educational, and nonprofit organizations, including the Ford Foundation, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Corporation, Cornell Tech Board of Overseers, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the New York City Ballet, and the Mayo Clinic, among others. She is a member of the National Academy of Engineering, the Royal Academy of Engineering, and the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.

Ursula holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of New York University.

Richard Kunzer

Richard Kunzer is a Founder of Integrum and member of the Investment Committee.

Previously, Richard was a Partner and Co-Head of Investor Relations for the transatlantic private investment firm BC Partners, based in New York, which he joined in 2009. Whilst at BC Partners, Richard spearheaded and was involved in the raising of over $33 billion in equity and debt capital across funds, co-investments and separately managed accounts.

Richard has led or was involved in the syndication of almost $10 billion in equity and debt co-investment in over 20 companies across the TMT, business and financial services, healthcare, consumer and retail and industrial sectors.

Other companies he previously worked at include Credit Suisse in New York and London, Paribas, and Singer & Friedlander in London, where he helped facilitate the sale of the bank to another financial services institution.

Richard has strong links across the global investor and financial sponsors community globally where he is close to senior decision makers to these organizations.

Before working in finance, Richard spent four years in the British Army as a Captain in an Armored Reconnaissance regiment. Postings included Canada and Germany, as well as an active-duty tour of Bosnia.

Originally from Newcastle upon Tyne in the north of England, Richard is a U.S. and British Citizen and has lived in New York since 2004.

He holds a B.A. Honours degree from University College London.

Kathy Reiland

Kathy Reiland is a member of the Investment Committee at Integrum.

Kathy has over thirty years of investment and acquisition experience most recently during her tenure at Standard Industries (“Standard”) and 40 North Management (“40 North”) and Evercore Partners (“Evercore”).

Kathy joined Standard and 40 North in 2016 as Head of Strategy and Development and a member of the executive leadership team.  Standard is a privately held global industrial company with a broad array of investments, technologies and holdings including building materials assets and next-generation solar solutions. 40 North, a related investment business of Standard Industries, is a fundamentally-based investment platform that takes concentrated, long-term positions across a range of sectors to create value for all stakeholders. During her tenure, Kathy was involved in both public and private investments totaling more than $10 billion in enterprise value and ranging from early to late-stage including Braas Monier, W.R. Grace, Clariant, Hover, and Hippo.

Prior to joining Standard , Kathy spent eighteen years as a Senior Managing Director at Evercore, a global independent investment banking advisory firm, and Evercore Capital Partners, Evercore’s private equity platform. During that time, Kathy was a general partner of the private equity funds, and ultimately served as the Chief Operating Officer of the firm’s investment businesses that included private equity, traditional asset management and wealth management. Later, she served as head of Evercore’s international joint ventures in Asia.  Kathy was involved in Evercore Capital Partner’s investments in Fidelity Information Services (FIS), Sedgwick, Bollinger and Causeway Capital.  In addition, Kathy was actively involved in Evercore’s diversity and recruiting efforts responsible for launching the Women’s Forum which was designed to establish relationship networks and training to position women for senior leadership roles.

Prior to joining Evercore, Kathy was a buy-side equity analyst at Sanford Bernstein and a consultant at Bain & Co.

Kathy earned her B.A. degree from Duke University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth.

Jeff Livingston

Jeff Livingston is a member of the Investment Committee at Integrum.

Jeff brings to Integrum a combination of operating and investing experience built over more than a decade of working with leading global companies. At Integrum, Jeff currently serves on the board of MerchantE.

Previously, he was a long-term member of KKR’s private equity team focused on financial services, business services and financial technologies. During his tenure at KKR, he served on the Boards of Sedgwick and Apple Leisure Group.

Earlier in his career at KKR, he was a member of the KKR Capstone team, focused on driving value creation across KKR’s private equity portfolio companies, including First Data/Fiserv, Laureate, and Sedgwick.

Prior to KKR, Jeff worked at McKinsey & Company in both their Beijing and New Jersey offices.

He holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Rahul Agarwal

Rahul Agarwal is a member of the Investing team at Integrum.

Rahul was most recently a member of LLR Partners’ private equity team focused on education and business services and healthcare.

Rahul holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics, with a minor in History from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Athena Cao

Athena Cao is a member of the Investing team at Integrum.

Prior to Integrum, Athena was a member of Avance Investment Management’s private equity team focused on consumer and consumer services. She is currently a graduate student at Columbia Business School. She began her investing career at GenBridge Capital. Prior to investing, Athena was a full-time business journalist at Time Inc.

Athena holds a B.A. in Business Journalism from Washington and Lee University.

Colin Rhind

Colin Rhind is a member of the Investing team at Integrum.

Colin comes to Integrum after most recently having been a member of Warburg Pincus’s private equity team focused on financial services investments. Prior to Warburg Pincus, he worked at Morgan Stanley in Toronto as an investment banking analyst.

At Integrum, Colin currently serves on the board of MerchantE.

Colin holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the Ivey Business School at Western University.

Amanda Riesmeyer

Amanda Riesmeyer is a member of the Investing team at Integrum.

Amanda was most recently a member of TPG’s Rise Fund private equity team focused on the educational technology and healthcare sectors. Prior to joining TPG, Amanda was an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley working within the industrials group.

Amanda holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance & Strategy from the University of Michigan.

Elizabeth Wilkins Everett

Elizabeth Wilkins Everett will be rejoining the Integrum team in August 2022 as a member of the Firm Management team.

She was previously an MBA intern at Integrum during the summer of 2021 and currently is a graduate student at the Harvard Business School. She began her investing career at The Abraaj Group in investor relations and then at Thompson Street Capital Partners, where she was a member of the investing team.

Elizabeth holds a B.A. in Mathematics with a Computer Science minor from Dartmouth College.

Kyle Bruno

Kyle Bruno is a member of the Investor Relations team at Integrum.

Kyle was most recently an Associate at Hamilton Lane on the Product Management team, where he helped support the management and execution of all aspects related to investor relations and product management across the firm’s direct equity and infrastructure product strategies.

Prior to joining Hamilton Lane, Kyle was a Credit Analyst at Kalamata Capital Group, an alternative small business financing company.

Kyle holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.

Racquel Orrego

Racquel Orrego is the Office Manager at Integrum.

She brings over 20 years of administrative experience in the private equity sector and working in fast-paced, high-volume, high-pressure environments.

Racquel was most recently a member of the Private Equity Financial Services Team at KKR where she was responsible for the overall coordination of a broad range of activities in support of the team’s leadership.

Stephane Le Pichon

Stephane Le Pichon is an Executive Assistant at Integrum.

Stephane Le Pichon has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years in various capacities.

Most recently, he was the Operations Administrator of UNFCU Financial Services, where he reported to its CEO and oversaw the daily administrative management of the department’s operations.

Prior to UNFCU, Stephane was a Senior Regional Compliance Officer at Citi Smith Barney and Morgan Stanley. Earlier in his career, he was a Financial Advisor at AXA Advisors, Citicorp Investment Services and Citi Smith Barney.

Brianna Maylor

Brianna Maylor is an Executive Assistant at Integrum.

She brings to the team over 10 years of administrative experience spanning a variety of industries, including manufacturing, retail and childcare.

Brianna holds a B.S. in Communicative Disorders, with a minor in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island.

Alexa Morrison

Alexa Morrison is an Executive Assistant at Integrum.

She brings to the team over 10 years of administrative experience supporting C-level executives across the financial services and investment management industries. Prior to joining Integrum, Alexa was a lead executive assistant at CVC Capital Partners.

Alexa holds a B.A. in Political Science and Government from the Siena College.

Tiffany Woo

Tiffany Woo is Chief of Staff to Ursula Burns.

Prior to Integrum, she spent over 10 years at major accounting firms, including KPMG and Ernst & Young, serving global clients across tax and various economics and valuation matters.

Tiffany holds a B.A. in Economics and Math from Wellesley College.

Jeff Gelfand

Jeff Gelfand is a Senior Operations Advisor to Integrum.

Jeff brings over 30 years of financial and operational expertise to Integrum. Over the course of his career, he served as CFO to both Centerbridge Partners and Evercore, both from their earliest days of founding and scaling. Most recently, following his retirement from Centerbridge, Jeff has served as a senior advisor and board member to numerous financial and technology businesses.

Jeff graduated from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and began his career at Ernst & Young. He is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in New York and sits on the boards of Peridot Financing Solutions and the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation.
