Founding Partners

Tagar Olson

Tagar Olson is a Founding Partner of Integrum.

He has over twenty years of investment and acquisition experience, most recently during an 18 year career at KKR, where he was involved in numerous transactions valued at more than $50 billion in the aggregate.

Tagar joined KKR in 2002 and was promoted to lead the Financial Services Team for the Americas Private Equity platform in 2011. At KKR, he participated as a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and Portfolio Management Committee within its Americas Private Equity business. He also served as a member of KKR’s Inclusion & Diversity Committee and its Investments, Markets and Distribution Committee, which was KKR’s most senior governance body.

During his time leading KKR’s Financial Services practice, KKR was one of the most active private equity acquirers of large financial services and business services companies.  Tagar was involved in KKR investments including Alliant Insurance Services, First Data (now Fiserv), Focus Financial, Latitude Financial Services, Mr. Cooper, Nephila, PURE, Resolution, Sedgwick and USI Insurance Services.

Tagar also led KKR’s Hospitality & Leisure sector, where he was involved with KKR’s investments in Apple Leisure Group, KSL Recreation, Hotel del Coronado and La Costa Resort & Spa.

Prior to joining KKR, Tagar was with Evercore Partners Inc., where he was involved in a number of private equity transactions and mergers and acquisitions.

Tagar is a member of the Board of Overseers at NYU Langone Medical Center and is co-founder of the DHPS Foundation, a charitable organization dedicated to the research and treatment of rare genetic diseases. He holds a B.S. and B.A.S., summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.

Declan Kelly

Declan Kelly is a Founding Partner of Integrum.

He is also the Chairman and CEO of Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm which has over 1,200 employees and 33 offices around the world. In his role at Teneo, he serves as a trusted advisor to many of the world’s leading CEOs and corporations as well as being responsible for running all of the company’s operations globally.

Prior to Teneo, Declan served as the U.S. Economic Envoy to Northern Ireland at the U.S. Department of State, appointed by Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, in September 2009.

Declan is an honorary Visiting Professor in Management and Leadership at Queen’s University Belfast. In 2011 he also received an honorary doctorate from the University in recognition of his service to the community and economy of Northern Ireland.

He created and continues to underwrite and personally oversee The Northern Ireland Mentorship Program which enables young university graduates from Northern Ireland to spend a year working within several leading corporations in the United States with a view to using their experience to embark on new careers in Northern Ireland. To date there have been over 100 participants in the program.

He is also a member of The Council on Foreign Relations.

Ursula Burns

Ursula Burns is a Founding Partner of Integrum.

She most recently served as Chairwoman of VEON Ltd, a global telecom company where she held the roles of Chairwoman from June 2017 and Chairwoman and CEO from December 2018 until June 2020.

Ursula was previously the Chairwoman of the Board of the Xerox Corporation from 2010 to 2017, Chief Executive Officer from 2009 to 2016, and President from 2007 to 2009.

Ursula was the first African American female CEO of a Fortune 500 Company. Under her leadership, she oversaw ~150,000 employees across ~150 countries.

She joined Xerox as a mechanical engineering intern in 1980 and during her career held leadership posts spanning corporate services, manufacturing, and product development. During her tenure as CEO, Ursula helped transform the company from a global leader in document technology to the world’s most diversified business services company serving enterprises and governments of all sizes. Shortly after being named CEO, she spearheaded the largest acquisition in Xerox history, the $6.4 billion purchase of Affiliated Computer Services.

Ursula, who regularly appears on Fortune’s and Forbes’ list of the world’s most powerful women, is a Director of Uber, Exxon Mobil, Waystar and IHS Towers.

Former U.S. President Obama appointed Ursula to help lead the White House national program on Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) from 2009-2016 and appointed her as Chair of the President’s Export Council from 2015-2016 after her service as Vice Chair from 2010-2015. Ursula also served as the Vice Chair of the Business Roundtable and the Chair of the Technology CEO’s Council.

U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson selected Ursula to serve on the Gender Equality Advisory Council of the G7 which will champion the core principles
of freedom, opportunity and dignity for women and girls around the world.

In addition, Ursula provides leadership counsel to several other community, educational, and nonprofit organizations including the Ford Foundation, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Corporation, Cornell Tech Board of Overseers, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the New York City Ballet, and the Mayo Clinic, among others. She is a member of the National Academy of Engineering, the Royal Academy of Engineering, and the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.

Ursula holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the
Polytechnic Institute of New York University

Richard Kunzer

Richard Kunzer is a Founding Partner of Integrum.

Previously Richard was a Partner and Co-Head of Investor Relations for the transatlantic private investment firm BC Partners, based in New York which he joined in 2009.

Whilst at BC Partners Richard spearheaded and was involved in the raising of over $33 billion in equity and debt capital across funds, co-investments and separately managed accounts.

Richard has led or was involved in the syndication of almost $10 billion in equity and debt co-investment in over 20 companies in the TMT, business and financial services, healthcare, consumer and retail and industrial sectors.

Other companies he previously worked at include Credit Suisse in New York and London, Paribas and Singer and Friedlander in London where he helped facilitate the sale of the bank to another financial services institution.

Richard has strong links across the global investor and financial sponsors community globally where he is close to senior decision makers to these organizations.

Before working in finance Richard spent 4 years in the British Army as a Captain in an Armored Reconnaissance regiment. Postings included Canada and Germany, as well as an active duty tour of Bosnia.

He holds a BA Honours degree from University College London.


Integrum Team

Jeff Livingston

Jeff Livingston is a member of the Investment Committee at Integrum.

He brings to Integrum a combination of operating and investing experience built over more than a decade of working with leading global companies.

Previously, he was a long-term member of KKR’s private equity team focused on financial services, business services and Fintech. During his tenure at KKR, he served on the Boards of Sedgwick and Apple Leisure Group.

Earlier in his career at KKR, he was a member of the KKR Capstone team, focused on driving value creation across KKR’s private equity portfolio companies, including First Data/Fiserv (payments), Laureate (education services), and Sedgwick (insurance services).

Prior to KKR, Jeff worked at McKinsey & Company in both their Beijing and New Jersey offices.

He holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Rebecca Emmanuel-Rooney, CFA

Rebecca Emmanuel-Rooney joined Integrum at its founding in 2021.

Her background consists of 10 years of experience within asset management and 5 years within investment banking.

Prior to joining Integrum, Rebecca was a Senior Vice President within the Private Wealth Management division at UBS Financial Services Inc. and an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank.

Rebecca also worked within the Corporate and Social Responsibility Group at J.P. Morgan Chase and has her Chartered SRI Counselor designation.

Rebecca’s career in finance began at Wells Fargo in Corporate Banking and at GE Capital in Leverage Finance.

Rebecca received an M.B.A. from Rice University, a BSM from Tulane University and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

She is also involved with Fairfield County Community Foundation’s Fund for Women and Girls and is originally from Grambling, Louisiana.

Rahul Agarwal

Rahul Agarwal was most recently a member of LLR Partners’ private equity team focused on education and business services and healthcare.

Rahul holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics, with a minor in History from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Elizabeth Wilkins

Elizabeth Wilkins is an Intern at Integrum and currently a graduate student at Harvard Business School.

She began her investing career at The Abraaj Group in investor relations and then at Thompson Street Capital Partners where she was a member of the investing team.

Elizabeth holds a B.A. in Mathematics with a Computer Science minor from Dartmouth College.

Racquel Orrego

Racquel Orrego is the Office Manager at Integrum.

She brings over 20 years of administrative experience in the private equity sector and working in fast-paced, high-volume, high-pressure environments.

Racquel was most recently a member of the Private Equity Financial Services Team at KKR where she was responsible for the overall coordination of a broad range of activities in support of the team’s leadership.

Jeff Gelfand

Jeff Gelfand is a Senior Advisor – Infrastructure to Integrum.

He was most recently a Senior Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at Centerbridge.

Jeff joined Centerbridge in 2006 and oversaw the Firm’s accounting, tax, operations, investor services and technology functions until his retirement in 2018. Prior to joining Centerbridge, Jeff was the Chief Financial Officer of Silver Point Capital, L.P., where he was responsible for finance, operations and administration from that firm’s inception through December 2005. Prior to Silver Point Capital, L.P., Jeff was the Chief Financial Officer of AOL Time Warner’s investment company. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director at Evercore Partners, Inc.

Mr. Gelfand is on the board of directors of Peridot Financing Solutions as well as the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation.

Jeff began his career at Ernst & Young LLP. Jeff received a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan. He qualified in 1992 as a Certified Public Accountant in New York.
